Keemun:   A full-bodied, yet mellow black tea with a delicate aroma. Keemun is one of the China’s black teas. In 1915 Keemun won gold medal at the Panama Pacific International Exhibition. Keemun is commonly thought to be the Original English breakfast tea. The tight black leaves give a rich brown liquor, which has a lightly scented flavor and delicate aroma.

Lapsang Souchong:  A smoked black tea. The tea leaves are withered and rolled over pine fires. They are then pressed into barrels and covered with cloth. After fermenting, they are placed in bamboo baskets and dried again over pine fires. The tea leaves produce a rich red liquor with a distinctly smoky aroma and flavor.
