GREEN TEA

Yellow Mountain Green Tea ( Huang Shan Mao Feng in Chinese) : It is one of the ten most famous green teas of China. The tea bushes grow in the strange and magnificent Yellow Mountains ( Huang Shan ) located in Anhui province, China. These scenic mountains have steep. Rocky peaks as well as graceful, ancient pine trees and cold, clear mountain springs. The moist environment produces a natural phenomenon of swirling mist known as “ sea of clouds .” Benefiting from this unique microclimate, these tea leaves are dark green in color and have pointed and slightly twisted shape. When brewed, they produce a tantalizing refreshing chestnut overtone. Yellow Mountain Green Tea embodies the reason for drinking green tea.

Mountain Loo, Mountain Fog Green Tea ( Lu Shan Yu Wu in Chinese ): It is listed among the ten most famous Chinese green teas and grows in the nation-famous Mountain Loo ( Lu Shan ) located in Jiangxi province, China ( our homeland ). These scenic mountains lie in a cleft between the Yangtze river ( China’s biggest river ) and Poyang Lake ( China’s largest fresh water lake ). The moist environment produces dense mist and cloud which wreathe the mountains in the morning. Growing in this unique microclimate, the tea leaves are stout and thick. There are abundant silver strands among the twisted green leaves and unopened buds. When brewed, it produces a tantalizing sweet brew with refreshing fragrance. This tea became an imperial tribute around 1,000 A.D. When the days of imperial China ended in 1912, this former tribute tea became available for ordinary people to enjoy.

Bi Luo Chun Green Tea: The leaves are plucked from the tea bushes planted among fruit trees, and hand rolled into tiny snail-like spirals with fresh aroma. The liquor is yellow-green in color and has unique clean and fresh flavor.

Dragon Well Green Tea ( premium grade): It grows in the village called Long Jing ( translated to Dragon Well ) which is located near the beautiful West Lake, Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province of China. This green tea was the tribute tea for the emperors of China’s last five dynasties, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing. This tea won a gold medal with Palmas at the 1988 meeting of the International Institute for Quality Selection. The tea leaves are flat-shaped and have delicious aroma and mellow flavor.
