Tie guan Yin Wulong Tea: This is one of the most prized among China’s wulong teas growing in the Wu Yi mountain
areas. It is sometimes called “Wu Yi Tea” by some new tea drinkers. The leaves are
light green in color, stout and crinkly and they unfurl in simmering water to
give green/brown edged leaves. The liquor is brown in color and has a delicate
flavor with a pleasing taste and lively bouquet.
